Brookside Services from a Qualified and Caring Staff
Nursing Services
Under the supervision of the director of nursing service, licensed nurses are on duty 24-hours a day, seven days a week, at every location.
Medical Service
A physician is always on-call and all centers are highly accessible to major health care facilities. In addition, each patient's personal physician works with the center staff to plan and implement an appropriate treatment plan.
Therapeutic Services
Fully qualified speech therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists are available to support individual treatment plans.
Dietary Services
At each location, a registered dietitian plans and supervises the preparation of nutritious, well-balanced home-style meals which are served in bright and inviting dining rooms. Careful attention is given to special dietary requirements.
Social Services
At each location, the social services director and the activities directory help to meet the social and emotional needs of patients. A program that includes on-site and community-based activities is available to patients. Social services staff also arrange for dental care, personal care and any related services that patients may require.
Transitional Services
In most cases the rehabilitation process must continue after a patient is discharged. Therefore, staff pay careful attention to the planning and coordination of services in the home.
